Q: How do I order?

Q: Does this vinyl play like vinyl that is pressed by a big record company?
A: Yes! Our process is the cutting of a vinyl master. This is what the larger record companies do before making the plates to press larger quantities of records. So you will have a unique one of a kind piece of vinyl without the wait of 3-6 months.
Q: What is your turnaround time? How long before I get my records?
A: Our usual turnaround time is a week or less. Depending on where we are shipping to, and what type of shipping you choose, your wait should be no longer than two weeks (most likely less:)
Q: How do you ship records?
A: We have experience in shipping and receiving vinyl, so we take the utmost care in packing the discs safely. We can explore the shipping method that best suits you at the time of the order.
Q: Can a DJ scratch with this vinyl?
A: Hell Yes!
Q: Do you have other services?
A: Yes! We also specialize in cassette duplication. Please reach out on the contact page or ORDER link for prices and details.
Q: Are you signing on bands or artists at this time? How do I submit my music?
A: We are a DIY label that specializes in LTD runs of vinyl records and cassettes. We have some amazing releases from some really kick ass bands. HiFi almost always has new releases in the works, and while we can't guarantee we can sign on your band... we will certainly try to make time to check out your music and send a reply of some sort.
